Blayre Marley

Ms. Blayre Marley is a Senior Manager, Corporate Counsel with the Genetic Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Marley was previously Commercial Counsel at Cargill and an Associate Attorney at Faegre Baker daniels LLP. Ms. Marley has counseled clients in the food and agriculture, health care and life sciences industries in white collar, false claims, regulatory, product liability matters and commercial disputes. She has also represented health care institutions in credentialing claims, defended medical device manufacturers in product liability litigation, and represented pharmaceutical companies in anti-counterfeiting and misbranding matters. Regulatory experience with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and legal review of promotional materials for the healthcare industry.

Ms. Marley graduated Magna Cum Laude at Oakwood University received her Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
