Show notes:

In the first segment, our panelists discuss the significant influence of religious beliefs on reproductive health issues, focusing on the Supreme Court case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. This case, argued by Mississippi Solicitor General Scott G. Stewart, reflects the intersection of law and religion in the ongoing debate over abortion rights.

In the second segment of the show, we explore the court case HotChalk v. Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. This case involves the closure of Concordia University – Portland and the subsequent lawsuit by HotChalk, an education technology company. The dispute centers on whether internal religious deliberations of the Church should be disclosed in court.
