ABOUT ME
Lawrence Parrish has over 34 yeas a licensed attorney, has spent the past 28 years utilizing his specific knowledge in the securities industry enforcing federal securities laws relating to the stockbrokers, investment advisers, and publicly traded companies.
Mr. Parrish retired in January of 2022 after 28 years of service at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission’s (“SEC”) Philadelphia Regional Office (“PLRO”), Division of Enforcement. Among, other matters, he worked on financial fraud, and infinity matters impacting faith-based organizations and potential issues regarding individual leaders of houses of worship. Mr. Parrish conducted numerous investigations into possible violations of federal securities laws and recommended appropriate action to the Commission.
Mr. Parrish is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Howard University School of Law.
